01. Welcome Home (Sanitarium) - 4:00 [Original 1981 version by LA band Critical Mass. Metallica use the riff on their own version.]
02. Helpless - 6:13 [Rehearsal from Ron's garage, March 1982. The line-up is: Ron -bass uitar, Dave -lead guitar, Lars -drums, James -vocals.]
03. Am I Evil - 7:20 [as above.]
04. No Remorse - 5:43 [First ever live performance from Los Angeles in August 1982. James starts wrong and forgets some of the lyrics.]
05. Am I Evil - 5:34 [Live in Chicago 1982 with vocals by Lars.]
06. Seek And Destroy - 6:24 [Studio version of the fake live tracks from the 'Jump In The Fire' 12" EP before the crowd noise was added. Recorded in San Francisco, August 1983.]
07. Phantom Lord - 4:22 [as above. James shouts "Come on Chicago, let's see some arms!" later erased for the final released version.]
